Neighbor’s Concierge LLC was born from a simple observation: our community needed more than just a service—it needed a neighbor. Rooted in the heart of the Vallarta neighborhood, we began with a mission to provide the kind of dedicated oversight and concierge support that only a true local can offer, ensuring every home we watch is treated with the same care as our own.

Lori and Bobby Davis live in Vallarta year-round, having relocated from Central California in 2020. We met at Fresno State (Go Bulldogs!) and lived in several countries before settling back down in Clovis, CA. Now retired (mostly) from successful sales careers, you will often see us out walking our two doodles, Maggie, our Australian Labradoodle and Charlotte, our Goldendoodle.

Our focus remains steadfast on community reliability and peace of mind. Whether you are away for a week or a season, we are here to manage the details, from security checks to personal errands. We aren't just a business; we are your locally rooted support system, committed to keeping our neighborhoods safe and thriving.
