Neighbor’s Concierge LLC was born from a simple observation: our community needed more than just a service—it needed a neighbor. Rooted in the heart of the Vallarta neighborhood, we began with a mission to provide the kind of dedicated oversight and concierge support that only a true local can offer, ensuring every home we watch is treated with the same care as our own.
Lori and Bobby Davis live in Vallarta year-round, having relocated from Central California in 2020. We met at Fresno State (Go Bulldogs!) and lived in several countries before settling back down in Clovis, CA. Now retired from successful sales careers, you will often see us out walking our two doodles, Maggie, our black Australian Labradoodle and Charlotte, our smokey Goldendoodle.
Our focus remains steadfast on community reliability and peace of mind. Whether you are away for a week or a season, we are here to manage the details, from security checks to personal errands. We aren't just a business; we are your locally rooted support system, committed to keeping our neighborhoods safe and thriving.
Tips for Preparing to Leave Your Home
- Notify a neighbor of your departure dates.
- Share an emergency contact phone number.
- Schedule regular home check-ins.
- Pause mail and newspaper deliveries.
- Put cable and internet on seasonal hold.
- Secure all valuables left in the home.
- Remove perishables from the fridge.
- Shut off water to the ice maker.
- Add vegetable oil to dishwasher seals.
- Drain any standing water in your yard.
- Move patio furniture indoors or under cover.
- Adjust irrigation for summer heat.
- Replace batteries in all smoke detectors.
- Clear flammable chemicals from the garage.
- Unplug electronics and small appliances.
- Set AC to 85-95°F and change the filter.
- Turn off the main gas.
- If faucets and toilets are run periodically to keep seals from drying, leave main water valve on. Otherwise consider turning valve off.
- Flush toilets and run faucets before shutoff.
- Close all blinds, drapes, and interior doors.
- Set timers for indoor and outdoor lights.
- Lock all doors, windows, and the garage door.
- Disconnect car batteries or use a charger.
- Keep travel plans off social media.

Did you hear the one about.....
The neighbors whose irrigation stopped working in July?
The neighbors who had a spontaneous kitchen sink leak that damaged their flooring?
The neighbors who returned to a laundry room leak and mold that damaged walls, floors and cabinetry?
The neighbors whose wine collection was ruined when their wine refrigerator stopped running?
Real Scenarios, really messy.
Sometimes things can't be avoided.
Wouldn't you rather reduce the risk,
have someone ALERT you to it SOONER
AND work to fix the issue quickly?
(Psssst! Our Vallarta homes aren't getting any younger!)
